It is having excellent water miscibility and forms milky white emulsion.A wide range of metal cutting operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials operations like turning, milling, drilling and tapping, etc. Suitable for use even with higher hardness of water. Can also be used as pickling oil during cold rolling of steel.Stable emulsion to protect the cutting equipment. Provides very good stability in hard water even upto 800ppm. Low foaming. Excellent Lubricity and cooling ability. Superior Ferrous Corrosion inhibition.Coolant Maintenance Ensure to maintain the pH level ie., better to keep the pH between 8.5 to 9.3. Low pH value increases the tendency of corrosion and the growth of the bacteria. Higher pH value involves the risk of skin irritation. Always use emulsion for topped-up never use Oil or Water for topped-up.
